Pangu Team, an iOS coding community, had just released an iOS 9.2 jailbreak firmware, up to the iOS 9.3.3 to all 64-bit Apple devices last week.

The iOS coding community released several jailbreak tweaks since the release of its jailbreak firmware. The series of releases from the Pangu Team comes months after Apple had patched a security loophole in the kernel protection system of iOS v9.2 back in October of 2015, International Business Times reported.

Many coding communities have failed to roll out a stable jailbreak firmware to bypass Apple's patch, but it seems that Pangu had managed to break the code.

Users whom have already managed to jailbreak their devices using the updated Pangu jailbreak firmware can apply the recently released tweaks to the iOS 9.2-iOS 9.3.3 firmware version.

Tested devices include iPhones, iPads, as well as iPods. iOS 9.2-iOS 9.3.3 jailbreak compatible devices under the iPhone line are the iPhone 5S,5C, 6 and 6 Plus, 6S and the 6S Plus.

Pangu's latest jailbreak firmware compatibility across Apple devices extend to the iPad Mini 2nd Gen, as well as 3rd Gen; the 2 generations of iPad Air; and the iPad Pro. Meanwhile, for the iPod, the jailbreak firmware is only compatible with the iPod Touch 6th Gen, iPhone FAQ reported.

It goes without saying that for the inexperienced, jailbreaking has its risks, although many online communities have shared their knowledge on how to execute the process correctly.

Following the newest jailbreak firmware release from Pangu, users and developers alike have constantly cross-checking compatible Cydia apps, according to Gotta Be Mobile.

Users who seek the complete list can head straight to a Google sheet provided by a developer. The list includes working tweaks and themes for the latest jailbreak firmware update, which also includes partial and incompatible tweaks.

It is apparent that the list is far from complete and users and developers are constantly updating the list. On a side note, Apple is expected to roll out the iOS 10 soon, but many users would likely be preoccupied with the latest jailbreak update until that time comes.
