In the midst of rumors doing rounds hinting "Final Fantasy XV" will not be coming to Nintendo NX, fans can look forward to an announcement about "Final Fantasy 7 Remake" soon.

While Square Enix continues to remain mum regarding the highly-anticipated "Final Fantasy 7 Remake," a slew of speculations indicate the studio may have actually ditched the game. Just last month, Game director, Tetsuya Nomura revealed in an interview with Famitsu (via KH Insider) that despite the omission of updates, the remake is still in the offing.

Admitting that he hasn't given any sort of information for quite some time, Nomura assured that work is steadily moving forward. He noted that the studio is currently prepping up specifics for the next information release. Nomura said the team intends to offer every little thing in one go rather than in parts. He urged fans to continue looking forward to it as he too is waiting with bated breath for the upcoming game.

The director however did not divulge details about the game's release date. Nevertheless, it looks like fans will have all the important information soon.

During the game's announcement last year, the developer noted that "Final Fantasy 7 Remake" will enable gamers to surpass the story and experience in a totally new way, Yibada reported.

Avid fans of the "Final Fantasy" franchise should expect news about "Final Fantasy 7 Remake" soon. However, information has surfaced that "Final Fantasy XV" will not be coming to Nintendo NX.

"Final Fantasy 7 Remake" is slated to debut in numerous episodes effectively in a bid to echo the original "Final Fantasy 7" story. Experts believe the upcoming reveal will center on the release date of the remake and its preview.

On an unrelated note, director Hajime Tabata noted that Square Enix does not intend to port "Final Fantasy XV" to the Nintendo NX. However, he did not rule out the possibilities of this happening in future. Judging by this, it looks like fans are in for a long wait to lay hands on the much-awaited game.
