Google Nexus 2016 phone might have Android Nutella on board since Android's senior VP revealed the hint in his Twitter. Rumor has it that Google's 2016 flagship will be dubbed as Google Nexus 7.

Senior VP at Android, Hiroshi Lockheimer, tweeted the news either on purpose or not; stating that he's just 'testing some stuff out' but the image posted shown the word "Nutella" on Google Search engine. Hence, the rumors on 'Android N is Android Nutella might be true. Lockheimer is known for his Android hints in his social media account that make followers get even more curious.

Google releases Google Nexus flagship each year almost at the same time frame. And it is always enhanced with the latest Android operating system, IBTimes reported. Thus, Android fans can assume that this Google Nexus 2016 will have Android Nutella, rumored as the latest Android OS, on board.

Looking back on the previous Google Nexus releases, it could be assumed that Google Nexus 7 2016 will be launched in October, MNR Daily reported. So far, the rumors on Google's flagship have been around its release date.

Another Google Nexus 7 2016 rumor revolves around the Nexus 5X price that's been dropping lately. This could be a clue to an upcoming Google smartphone to be released. Daily Steals and eBay are said to cut down the price, too, Android Central reported.

Google Nexus 2016 specs are expected to be much higher or better than previous Nexus 5X that runs Android Marshmallow, 12.3 MP rear camera, and 5.2 inch display.

Developer is currently at the fourth milestone of development. Android N Preview 4 staged final APIs and official SDK, Play publishing, Android developer website shared. At Preview 4 stage, some apps may not function as expected and the developer encourages users to file bugs when they find any. Fans should wait for Preview 5 and Final Release before finally getting hands on Google Nexus 2016.
