"One Punch Man" Season 2 Release Date This Year?

The bald caped hero, Saitama will once again grace television screens this year, The Christian Times reported. There is no definite date yet but it is expected that "One Punch Man" season 2 will get released on October this year.

"One Punch Man" Season 2 Title and Episode Rumors

Murata Yusuke, the director of the "One Punch Man" anime has announced earlier this year that they are working on the second season. It is rumored that the season 2 of "One Punch Man" will contain events that revolved around the "Hero Hunter" arc in the manga.

If the rumors are true, Saitama might face against an opponent named Garou, a former student of the class S hero "Silver Fang," Crossmap shared. As for the season 2 episode 1 title, it may be called "The Strongest Hero," alluding to Saitama's ability to defeat any enemy with just one punch.

We may also see what happens next regarding the tension brewing between Saitama and Amai Mask in the next season. Another rumor going around is that Saitama may become an evil villain in the next season of "One Punch Man," according to Parent Herald.

Another rumored possibility which was pointed out by ITechPost would be a time skip as there is no official word of the direction of "One Punch Man" season 2. Saitama could also face new opponents that he did not encounter in the anime.
