Only 13.5 Percent of U.S. Food Workers Earn a Living Wage

The majority of food industry workers don't make enough to sustain living above the poverty line, according to a new report by the Food Chain Workers Alliance. Only 13.5 percent earn a livable wage and not a single agricultural worker of 90 surveyed in the report say the earn enough to live on.
