Microsoft recently released the new Surface Pro, Surface Pro 4's successor, and the device is earning popularity. Now, tech fans are wondering which is best between the new Surface Pro and the Surface Pro 4 in terms of practicality.

Microsoft revealed the new Surface Pro just this May 23. The tech giant will start shipments of new Surface Pro on June 15, 2017. The device will have a starting price of $799 for the base model with Intel Core m3 processor, a 4GB of RAM and a 128GB hard drive, Forbes reported.

The new Microsoft Surface Pro has four other options for specific models on different capability and specs. The most expensive version of the new Microsoft Surface Pro comes with a 16GB of RAM, 1TB of storage and Intel Core i7 processor for $2,699.

The Alcantara keyboard of the new Microsoft Surface Pro earned praises. But, this feature is not bundled with the new Microsoft Surface Pro, which means tech enthusiasts will have to pay extra $159.99 to get the keyboard.

Meanwhile, Microsoft's 2-in-1 device, the Surface Pro 4, is available with a larger screen and higher resolution. Tech fans can now save huge discount on the Surface Pro 4 as offered by the tech giant, Trusted Reviews reported.

Microsoft Surface Pro 4's highest spec model is available with a 16GB of RAM, 1TB of internal storage, Intel Core i7 as well as a Surface Pen. This Microsoft Surface Pro 4 model has reduced its price from more than $3000 to $2400. It is worth noting that this version has similar specs with the new Surface Pro, but excluding the free Surface Pen.
