Lesser talks about the Microsoft Surface Phone today signifies one thing - that the device is not yet ready to come out this year. This relates to the new speculation that the device could be release sometime in 2019 and will be declared as the queen of all smartphones by then.

Surface Pro and Surface Book functions are likely to be consolidated into one device two years from now and the long-rumored Microsoft Surface Phone could be the key to that. From the latest pattern filed by Microsoft, it is evident that the Windows-maker is working hard to perfect the Windows ecosystem which was once failed during the era Nokia Lumia.

To be able to come up with a high-functional Windows ecosystem, Microsoft will pre-installed Windows 10 mobile operating system with Wins32 app support to be able to run desktops apps on the phone. According to Droid Report, not being able to run desktop apps is the biggest mistake found in the recently released Windows phone HP Elite X3.

And since Microsoft has still a long way before releasing Surface Phone in 2019, the Windows-maker is reportedly considering ARM-based chips to power the device instead of Qualcomm Snapdragon latest chipsets. Apple iPhones, iPads and iPods are well-known for using ARM-based chips which greatly contributes to the device's performance.

Surface Phone is also expected to feature an innovative design based on the latest patent filed by Microsoft. According to WCCF Tech, the Windows-maker seems to be making a smartphone that best fit for enterprise use which comes with a detachable keyboard similar to the Surface Pro 5.

Lastly, Surface Phone is expected to host Virtual Reality platforms since it is rumored to record 3D content. If the rumored features are true then Surface Phone could be hail as the queen of all smartphones years from now not to mention its capability to function like PCs.
