It seems like Goku and his friends are in for a real treat in the upcoming "Dragon Ball Super" arc.

Slated to kick off in early February, the "Universe Survival Arc" finally get to introduce some of the most anticipated and unexpected characters in "Dragon Ball Super" - as seen on Animatedia Animes' recent YouTube clip. But the question here is: Who should be watched out for?

Female Super Saiyan

One of the main highlights of the "Universe Survival Arc" preview and what most fans are hyped for right now, a female who looks a lot like Broly was seen to evolve into Super Saiyan, as earlier reported on ComicBook. Aside from that, there's also a possibility of her being closely related to Broly himself - with all those controversies surrounding this legendary character since his introduction in a previous "Dragon Ball" movie.

The Other Gods of Destruction

In the latest preview trailer of "Dragon Ball Super", the Gods of Destruction are shown arriving on platforms - with the last platform including a clown-like God of Destruction, as reported on the same publication, along with his attendant and a Supreme Kai. There's also a pink elephant God and a one-eyed machine God. More than that, there's a female God who resembles Egyptian Queen Cleopatra and a wolf God who resembles Egyptian God Anubis.

The Supreme Kais in Each Universe

If the Gods of Destruction exist to ultimately destroy their respective universe, the Supreme Kais exist to ultimately create life - even coordinating with the Gods of Destruction at times to maintain the balance between worlds. The "Universe Survival Arc" is slated to reveal more on the Supreme Kais' link to the Gods of Destruction, as seen on the preview where the Kais are seen alongside the Gods.

Someone From Frieza's Race

If anyone could recall, Frieza was one of the worst enemies of Goku back in the day. Now, someone from his race is set to conquer the "Tournament of Power" and apparently, he can shapeshift into Frieza.

Other notable characters from the upcoming "Dragon Ball Super" arc preview trailer include Zen-Oh, Cabba, Krillin, Vegeta, and a few more tournament contenders whose powers are yet to be seen.
