BLU is releasing an affordable but efficient smartphone this coming 2017. Vivo XL2 has finally received an FCC certification and is likely to debut in CES next month. Here's everything you need to know about the phone's specs and features including the mysterious MediaTek processor.  

BLU Vivo XL2 Features and Specs Updates

The information about the upcoming BLU Vivo XL2 is very scarce since the company has decided to keep the details underwrap until its launching date in 2017. However, according to Android Headlines, the owner's manual has given away some information about the phone specs and features as well.

According to the phone's manual, BLU Vivo XL2 will sport a camera with a flash including a front facing one and a popped-up slot for MicroSD and SIM card. On the other hand, based on the leaked photos, the phone seems to depict a plain but a nice device that is shown from the chrome rim surrounding the glossy plastic finished body which houses the navigation buttons, 3.5mm headphone jack and 5.5-inch screen.

Under the hood, BLU Vivo XL2 is expected to run lower versions of Android operating system such as the Marshmallow in contradict to previous rumors that refer to Android 7 Nougat. Furthermore, the presence of the mysterious MediaTek processor is what makes the netizens excited about as well as the 3150 mAh battery that indicates longer time of usage; details about RAM and internal storage are still unknown as of this writing.

BLU Vivo XL2 Release Date and Price

The American company BLU is expected to launch Vivo XL2 during the CES event that will kick off on Jan. 5, 2017, according to Phone Arena. However, unlike the previous model which has a pre-installed ADUPS spyware which disappoint the consumers, they are hopeful that BLU Vivo XL2 is free from the said spyware.
