‘Quantico’ Season 2 Update: Moving To Monday Schedule?
Amidst cancellation rumors, "Quantico" will return to ABC starting January 23, 2017. This means that it will now be aired every Mondays as its Sunday schedule now belongs to Conviction.
According to Latinos Health, "Quantico" has already completed its midseason finale and has taken a hiatus after the last episode. The crime/drama tells the story of a group of young FBI recruits training in the Quantico base in Virginia. Things take the turn for the worse when one of them is suspected of being a dangerous terrorist.
The midseason finale of "Quantico" ended in a shocker, according to the Hollywood Reporter, as Ryan revealed himself to be a member of the Citizens' Liberation Front as he turned on Alex. It became one of the most shocking moments of the series because their romance recently peaked when Alex accepted Ryan's proposal. Priyanka Chopra recently said in an interview that she is a fan of happy endings and she hopes Ryan and Alex will still reunite at one point in the series.
"Quantico" did drop clues as to why Ryan did what he did when Ryan's sister Nimah was revealed as a terrorist and Raina became a hostage in an earlier episode. The creator of the series also revealed that new episodes start showing the true colors of the AIC recruits who are Ryan, Leon and Dayana. More surprises will be revealed about the 3 terrorists soon.
"Quantico" stars Priyanka Chopra as Alex Parrish, Jake McLaughlin as Ryan Booth, Aunjanue Ellis as Miranda Shaw, Yasmine Al Massri as Nimah Amin, Johanna Braddy as Shelby Wyatt, Josh Hopkins as Liam O'Connor, Tate Ellington as Simon Asher, Graham Rogers as Caleb Haas and Jacob Artist as Brandon Fletcher. The series was created by Joshua Safran.
