‘Google Nexus 7’ Updates: 2016 Best Tablet Will Be Release Before Christmas; Runs Andromeda OS Surpassing Apple iPad Pro [VIDEO]

The presumed Google Nexus 7 is said to be shaping up for its release before the holiday season. The new device of the search giant is expected to run the Andromeda OS for faster performance and never-before features that could send Apple iPad Pro into the loosing end.

Fans are highly anticipating the announcement of Google Nexus 7 tablet during the concluded October 4 event but the search giant become tight-lipped about up until these days. However, according to PC Advisor, it is confirmed that Google is working on a new tablet in collaboration with another tech giant the HTC company.

Furthermore, alongside this confirmation is the speculation that the new device will be called Pixel instead of Nexus 7 since Google has reportedly killed off the Nexus brands, thus, having no reason to retain the name on the new device.  However, another speculation says that Nexus 7 will be the last device under the Nexus line-up and its successors will be rebranded as Pixel.

Though the name has not been confirmed yet, some specs and features of the device have been the subjects of the recent leaks circulating the internet. According to Android Police, the presumed Google Nexus 7 2016 tablet is said to run the latest Andromeda OS (new OS that consists some features of Chrome OS) making it the best tablet of 2016 surpassing upcoming Apple iPad Pro range.

Furthermore, Google Nexus 7 2016 is also said to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 coupled with Adreno 530 GPU, 4GB of memory and 64GB for internal storage capacity. The new device is also believed to feature a USB-C port as well as a 5100 mAh battery pack.

Since the new device is currently shaping up under the craftmanship of HTC, it is perceived that Google nexus 7 2016 version will hit the store shelves before Christmas. The best tablet of 2016 is considered as ideal Christmas gift for loved ones this holiday season, though there is no price revealed yet.
