'Dragon Ball Super' Episode 61 Recap [VIDEO]; 'DBS' Episode 62 Spoilers, Title & Air Date

Looks like "DBS" fans are in for a good surprise this week, as Black and Zamasu shed more light on their plan.

Last week, it was divulged that Black Goku is actually Zamasu who has abducted the body of Goku. However, Goku and his team is puzzled. What is the true identity of Future Zamasu who is standing next to Black Goku? Fret not! Here's what you need to know.

The Future Zamasu is Zamasu hailing from Trunk's timeline. As far as Black Goku is concerned, he is just another Zamasu from a different timeline that has stolen the body of Goku. He just destroyed his own body and switched it with Goku.

Thanks to the time ring that Zamasu possess, Beerus' attack did not cause any sort of damage to him. Anything that happens to him in the past doesn't affect him, which is exactly the reason why he is still alive and the time is still unchanged, AttackOfTheFanboy reported.

There's a hearsay that only Supreme Kais are able to use Time Rings, which is probably why Zamasu is so bent on killing Gowasu. With Gowasu eliminated, he could use the Time Ring without any restrictions.

Using the Dragon Balls, Zamasu and Black Goku wished for immortality for Zamasu and wished for the Dragon Balls to be damaged. This was done to ensure that no one can make a wish anymore. In other words, with Dragon Balls destroyed, no one in the universe would be able to match their power.

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 61 also revealed that they went and wrecked different timelines. In fact, Black Goku goes as far as claiming that he killed Gohan, Goku and Chi-Chi in different timeline. No prizes for guessing, this angered Goku but he still failed to defeat Black Goku.

Meanwhile, "Dragon Ball Super" episode 62 titled "Trunks' Super Power!" is slated to air on Oct. 16, CounselHeal reported.

The imminent "DBS" episode 62 teases on an enhanced form of Trunks that's prepping to unravel his forces.
