The highly anticipated "Dragon Ball Super" episode 59 was originally slated to be aired last September 18, but the episode's air date was pushed back to September 25 instead citing Fuji TV's coverage of the 40th anniversary of "Weekly Shonen Jump Magazine." But the longer wait was worth it.

There's hearsay that episode 60 of hit anime series "Dragon Ball Super" may see Vegeta transforming in to another level ahead of Son Goku.

The radical transformation is said to stem from earlier episode where Vegeta witnesses the death of his future wife Bulma by the infamous villain Black Goku. Besides, he was also severely beaten and mortally wounded during a sparring match with Black Goku.

Moreover, "DBS" episode 60 is said to center on the death of Gowasu in the hands of Zamasu, his apprentice. Although, Goku and Vegeta arrive in Universe 10, but they are too late to avoid the incident from happening, MNR Daily reported.

In addition to Supreme Kai's imminent demise, rumors doing rounds also hint that his death will lead to God of Destruction, Beerus, to step up. He will defeat the apprentice in bid to secure the safety of the future. However, Future Trunks will still be suspicious of the outcome of their situation, and return to future to ensure that things are indeed in order following Zamasu's death, according to VineReport.

The jump preview of "Dragon Ball Super" episode 60 is already up.

Bulma takes the time machine with her son in order to get her son and others safely to the future! The jump preview gives us a glimpse of the future she witnesses. If rumors doing rounds proved to be true, Vegeta will surpass Son Goku as far as power is concerned; this is because he witnessed Bulma's death.

In related news, "DBS" episode 60 will feature a brand new ending theme song, according to a tweet from Twitter handle, DB_super2015.

The purported theme song is slated to be unveiled next month. However, there's a possibility that the broadcast day could be different for different regions. "Dragon Ball Super" episode 60 is scheduled to air on October 2.
