"American Horror Story" Season 6 titled "My Roanoke Nightmare,"  finally premiered on FX. Its episode 1 gives more mysteries and questions to the viewers.

The theme of "AHS' Season 6 is "My Roanoke Nightmare." The new season follows the story of the couple Matt (Andre Holland) and Shelby Miller (returning cast, Sarah Paulson).

"American Horror Story" Season 6, premiered on Wednesday, Sept. 14 on FX, Entertainment Weekly reported.  The episode 1 started off a series of confessional interviews of a documentary titled, "My Roanoke Nightmare." The couple moved in to a house plagued with horrifying events amidst the luck of winning the bid on it.

The premiere episode also shows why the couple moved to a new location. They wanted to relocate to start a new life, however, it turns out to be a nightmare for the couple, and Matt's sister, Lee (Angela Bassett).

Aftermath Shelby's attack in the bathroom, Matt asked a favor to his sister to watch out his wife and stay at their house, Shelby reported the attack to the police. However, an officer told Matt that he did not see any evidence of an attack claimed by Shelby.

Lee is a former police officer. She was fired, and was also divorced to husband due to addiction to pills. The documentary also shows an interview with Lee. Apparently, Lee dislikes Shelby and shared what she had experienced in the house.

Shelby left the house after another attack and argument with Matt. As Shelby was driving, she saw a woman (Kathy Bates) in an old-fashioned dress.

She thought that she hit the woman. However, as she's following the mysterious woman, she stumbled to forest to find the mysterious woman, however, she witnessed a horrible scene.

After the episode 1 was premiered, "AHS" revealed its promotional video for the next episode. In the video, Lady Gaga, who is also a returning cast, is so unrecognizable to some viewers. In a photo shared by MTV, "Applause" songstress Lady Gaga was behind Kathy Bates, who plays the role of a settler,

Returning cast are Sarah Paulson, Lily Rabe, Lady Gaga, Angela Bassett, and Kathy Bates. The new member is Cuba Gooding Jr.
