A new leak suggests the image of HTC Sailfish as seen from different angles 

Google Nexus Phone 2016 rumor: HTC Sailfish image render leaked

The leaked images show HTC Sailfish from different angles, one with its screen displaying Nexus launcher. The G tab replaces Search Widget whilst the navigation buttons stay the same and it looks simpler. The first leak came from Chinese site, Weibo, and reported by AndroidPure. There is a considerably large bezels and curved corners. The right side of HTC Sailfish body houses volume and power buttons whilst the fingerprint scanner is at its back.

Another interesting detail to note is the dual textures on its back. At the top, it seems that the smartphone uses pattern texture whilst the lower portion uses metallic surface.

The rants have been hinting to the presence of USB type C port in the upcoming Google Nexus phone. There is also 3.5 mm audio jack located at the top. According to previous leaks, Nexus Sailfish will likely sport 5 inch display, 2,770 mAh battery, 32 GB internal memory, and 12 MP /8 MP shooters. It is also unclear whether Google Nexus phones 2016 will have another storage variant.

Previously, the FCC documents filed by HTC seem to confirm the rumors that there will be two Nexus smartphones built by the tech company. Both smartphones are said to run the latest Android OS, Android Nougat.

Google Nexus Phone 2016: Leaked prices for HTC Marlin and Sailfish

Another leaked information mentions about the price for each Nexus phone. HTC Marlin is rumored to be sold at $599 whilst the cheaper Sailfish might be priced around $499. If the rumors are true, the prices are slightly higher than the Nexus 5 and 6P models.
