"General Hospital" spoilers suggest that Naomi (Robin Riker) will be leaving town after her visit with Heather (Robin Mattson). This is due to the fact that Naomi no longer has enough money to continue bribing Heather to keep her secret that Liz (Rebecca Herbst) and Hayden (Rebecca Budig) are sisters.

It still remains to be seen whether Naomi would actually leave town so that she will not be around the town when the secret comes out. However, it can also be possible that she will just find an alternative to keep Heather tight-lipped about her secret.

"General Hospital" spoilers also reveal that Franco (Roger Howarth) may be able to discover the secret about the sisters. However, it is not clear whether Heather will spill the beans to him directly or he would find it out himself, Celeb Dirty Laundry reported.

It is suggested that Franco will see Naomi leaving Heather's house according to "General Hospital" spoilers. Franco may confront Heather about Naomi's visit but Heather might then tell him the truth behind the true relationship of Liz and Hayden.

Meanwhile, Paul (Richard Burgi) is expected to have lunch with Tracy (Jane Elliot) and tell her how he wants Julian (William DeVry) to remain in prison for a long time. "General Hospital" spoilers also tease that Ava (Maura West) will be visiting her brother in PCPD. She will then try to help Julian fight against his depression, Christian Post reported.

However, Julian expressed how he had lost his energy to fight against depression. This will then prompt Ava to go to Paul and ask for a favor. "General Hospital" spoilers suggest that Ava will try to make a deal with Paul in order to lessening Julian's prison sentence.
