Capcom's 'Umbrella Corps' Has 48-Hour Demo; The Game Received Low Ratings From Critics

By

Capcom's "Umbrella Corps" is probably one of the weakest game released this year, therefore, the company decided to release a free demo for the game.

The sudden decision of the company to release a demo version of the "Umbrella Corps" was pointed out to be caused by its low ratings. However, people seems to be forgetting about the game already.

The demo should be free for a limited amount of time. The demo would stay live for only 48 hours and will allow the players to access to the online modes. The demo would also allow players to be in several maps such as Raccoon City, RPD building and the Spencer mansion.

Those who are playing in the demo version will also see those who are playing the full version of the game. The game's demo is only 3.7 GB and it can be downloaded from the PlayStation store.

Game enthusiasts does not really recommend the game, however, it still has some awesome features. The game includes a map which is a set in the game "Resident Evil 4". The map works very well in the multiplayer setting which makes it a good feature of the game. However, this map is not included in the demo and can only be played in the full version, Attack of the Fanboy reported.

The demo version is good for players who are not sure yet whether they would buy the game or not.

After the demo, the game must be bought in order to keep playing. "Umbrella Corps" costs $30 in the PlayStation store.

Capcom announced that the existing players of "Umbrella Corps" will be grouped together with the demo players. The company also confirmed that the game is available in PC, although, the free demo is only for PS4, Gamespot reported.

Critics have been giving the game poor ratings and some even said that the game's system is either unreliable or illogical.

Meanwhile, "Resident Evil 7" is on its way and will be launched in January 2017.
