‘WWE 2K17’ Update: Goldberg To Join ‘WWE 2K17’ On PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360; 2 Story Title Speculations Arises [VIDEO]

By

"WWE 2K17" confirms Goldberg's addition to the official roster of playable characters. But that is not all, the game publisher 2K Games has not abandoned the previous generation of console as it announced the release on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360 consoles.

For gaming enthusiasts, WWE is taking advantage of iconic wrestling figures to improve its roster and also to elevate the hype of the game. Goldberg's skin variety includes the WCW Goldberg with Black and White Tights and WCW Goldberg with Black Tights. These will be included in the pre-order package. Two added arenas are also incorporated, the Halloween Havoc and WCW Nitro arenas, Game and Guide reported.

Now on its third year, WWE video game continually adds bonuses and perks to those who purchased it as pre-order. In 2014, the superstar Sting was made a bonus. Just last year, Arnold Schwarzenegger was sent out as freebie, Attack of the Fanboy cited.

Fan Theory: Two-Part Title

Speculations about the game might be released as a two-part title in order to pursue the current brand split storyline. The upcoming "WWE 2K17" title strongly suggests the "Raw vs. Smackdown" storyline will be released so as to produce more insight about the current brand rivalry.

Goldberg's entry in this year's offcial "WWE 2K17" roster could become the richest in recent history. Through the alleged brand split story line, gamers are still keen on how the WWE Draft will revolve.

While complete roster of "WWE 2K17" has yet to be revealed, several fans are eager to know who among the current array of superstars will be added to the list. The names of: Braun Strowman, American Alpha, Asuka, Austin Aries, Mauro Ranallo, Shinsuke Nakamura and The Four Horsewomen resound so loud among fans' expeculations to debut this year, Yibada reported.

"WWE 2K17" will officially be released by October. For the meantime, you may access Golberg's "WWE 2K17" trailer below.
