The news about George R.R. Martin's upcoming The Winds of Winter book is that it will be delayed. Book fans anticipated that The Winds of Winter book is already in the proofreading phase. Nonetheless, it has been said that The Winds of Winter will be released after the premiere of "Game of Thrones" season 7.
The famous American novelist, Martin, often referred to as GRRM, recently said that The Winds of Winter book rolls out on a date that is later than its original schedule. It has been anticipated that The Winds of Winter would be revealed after the premiere of "Game of Thrones" season 7, CeleBeat reported.
Reports are springing one after the other claiming that The Winds of Winter delay is due to the American novelist's numerous commitments and busy schedule. Some reports are even claiming that there's a possibility that "Game of Thrones" season 8 would air first before Martin could even come out with The Winds of Winter book.
Nevertheless, the busy schedule and many commitments of the prestigious author could actually be a sign that The Winds of Winter book is already finished and Martin has submitted it for proofreading. Martin currently has time to dedicate to a foundation for young Movie and TV producers, which could also indicate the author no longer needs to spend time in finishing the book.
