The talk was held to educate and inspire the youth to do their best. That the success they are all being told about is achieved not by intelligence alone but my perseverance and the desire to climb. This is the main focus of the talk, Dr. Novello's tip to success. Climb, Climb and Climb. To climb towards the summit of success and peer down on everything you've gone through and say to yourself, this is what I can do, when i put my mind to it.

The former surgeon general will continue to hold talks in the next few days to lift up the morale of the youth today that even if the environment may be cruel, it is only through the will to persevere can anyone achieve success.
