Letgo App for buying and selling needs has been made a scapegoat for a robbery operation in Lakeland, FL. The man has been caught at gunpoint and was identified as Jarquez Tyriq Harris. The 18-eighten year old took his criminal plan by luring his prospected victims into the Letgo App. However, he got caught in the same trick.

Harris admitted his crime and confessed how he systematically lured his victims into Letgo App trap by putting up a 2006 Chevrolet Impala. The incident culminated at 7:30 PM of Jan. 11 when two brothers showed their interest for the car and agreed to purchase, Patch News reported.

According to reports, the brothers named James Few and Joseph Few agreed with Harris to purchase the Chevy sale in Letgo App for $1,000. During their meet-up, Harris rode in the backseat of Few siblings' vehicle then he held them at gunpoint. The robber demanded the money and threatened to pull off the trigger of a small semi-automatic handgun, FOX13 News added. However, the suspect was unable to get the money and fled on foot.

The Letgo App-related robbery victims reported the incident to the Lakeland Police Department. The victims said that Harris was wearing Florida State University maroon sweatshirt when the incident happened. In response, the police department created a strategy to capture the culprit.

Using the Letgo App, the police undercover takes advantage of the same trick Harris used to lure victims into his robbery scheme. Pretending as interested Letgo buyers of the on-sale Chevrolet, they contacted Harris and agreed to meet up for purchase. After several exchanges of messages, the detectives finally scored a meet up with Harris at Lakewood Terrace Apartments.

Harris pursued his Letgo robbery plans and arrived at the buy-bust area wearing the distinctive FSU maroon sweatshirt which matches the Few sibs' description. The undercover team has made contact with the suspect and got him off guard Friday. He, later on, admitted his crime and now faces two counts of robbery with a firearm.
