Much to the delight of the tech fans, the famous iOS hacker Lucas Todesco has released iOS jailbreak tool for iOS 10.1 in mid-December 2016. Nonetheless, the jailbreak tool is a beta version and Lucas has warned the improper functionality of the iOS beta tool. The iOS hacker vows that he will release the iOS 10.2 jailbreak soon.

The Italian hacker and iOS jailbreak developer, Todesco, unleashed the beta jailbreak tool for only a handful of iOS devices, such as the iOS 10.1-10.1.1 is for the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, while the iOS 10.0.1-10.1.1 on the iPhone 6s, 6s Plus, iPhone SE, and the iPad Pro. A number of Apple devices can't jailbreak with this tool since it is only a beta version, according to iDownloadBlog.

The Yalu jailbreak warns that only developers or advanced iPhone consumers who are familiar with jailbreak should try the beta version. Newbies should wait for some more time for a better iOS jailbreak tool.

Meanwhile, the package manager mobile app for iOS, Cydia, is fully functional, but it is unstable. The jailbreak method is a semi-tethered just like the previous Pangu jailbreak, iOS 9.2 to 9.3.3, Yalu Jailbreak reported.

As Apple fans was relieved as Lucas has promised a full downloadable iPhone Application (IPA) for iOS 10.2 soon, the Italian iOS jailbreak developer issued a caution for Apple device users who are attempting to download this IPA for jailbreak. The Touch ID should be disabled and the phone iTunes should be up to date to ensure smooth completion of the jailbreak. Nevertheless, users need not worry as all these apps function normally once the process is complete.

Although Apple device users may be tempted to try this out, it is strongly recommended to wait for a more stable jailbreak tool, which Todesco promised that it is coming soon.
