Fans of the highly-acclaimed anime series "Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress" can rest assure that Season 2 will be on its way in 2018. It would seem that these same anime fans will be thrilled to know that the much aniticipated installment to the show has been reassured by its director. In other news, Wit Studio has also released a new trailer for "Attack on Titan: Season 2," which had fans all over intrigued with, according to sources.

It was previously reported that "Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress" Season 2 was given a green-lit to be developed on by Wit Studio, University Herald reported. The announcement was made during the live-streaming of Fuji TV's Noitama Project Unveiling event. Therein, it was said that the team behind the anime series will reunite with acclaimed director Tetsuro Araki.

That being said, it was recently reported that the director has also confirmed to assure their fans that "Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress" Season 2 will hitting the small screen on 2018, Comicbook has learned. It was also stated therein that the development of the highly-anticipated installment to the franchise was already underway.

In other news, fans who are waiting for the release of "Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress" Season 2 in 2018 can keep themselves busy as of the moment by checking out the latest trailer released for "Attack on Titan: Season 2," Nerdist reported. Fans who are familiar with both series will know that they two highly-acclaimed anime series were developed and written by Wit Studio, an animation studio founded back in 2012 by producers at Production I.G that is based in Tokyo, Japan.

According to the source, the new trailer for "Attack on Titan: Season 2," which was presented to fans all over by FUNimation and Kodansha, will see the continuation of the franchise in Japan in April this year. Moreover, the new trailer has also given fans a glimpse of the newly revealed Beast Titan and a collection of other disfigured giants who are both slowly taking up arms to wage another war against humanity.
