Bungie's "Destiny 2" is still many months away, but expectations are already rife about the sequel of the first-person shooter game. Changes are coming to the follow-up and the biggest one centers on the game's narrative.

NeoGAF discovered and analyzed some job listings and they found out that Bungie is planning to introduce routine and smaller story updates for "Destiny 2." According to Gaming Bolt, this kind of narrative better suits an online game and world like "Destiny."

NeoGAF also found that Bungie is on the verge of hiring numerous hands for the story and storytelling of "Destiny 2." It appears that the developer is intent on avoiding their past mistakes in terms of storytelling. The original "Destiny" game has been criticized for its bland narrative.

Bungie is looking for a new Head of Narrative Development, a Narrative Director and a Live Narrative Director, who will "direct the storytelling efforts for regular, small-scale 'Destiny' releases throughout the calendar year," Express reported. "Destiny 2" is expected to roll out sometime this year for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. There are expectations that the sequel would be released on PC, too, even though the original title wasn't released on the platform.

"Destiny's" December live event called "The Dawning" is about to wrap up soon. That end signals the start of another huge in-game event, the "Crimson Days."

"The Dawning" ends on Jan. 3 and "Crimson Days" is expected to begin in February. However, a Bungie spokesperson revealed that there are no definite plans beyond "The Dawning," but stressed that Sparrow Racing League will remain as private matches even after "The Dawning" ends.

Bungie recently confirmed that new content will be introduced to "Destiny" all throughout 2017. According to a blog post, "Destiny" is "never finished" and they currently have "playtests of new content to share with each other."

Aside from Sparrow Racing League, "Destiny's" "The Dawning" added Strike Scoring, a Record Book and quests. Majority of these modes are easy to finish, but some are harder to complete such as the Super Hero achievement.

To complete "Destiny's" Super Hero achievement, GameRant advised players to power up the exotic pulse rifle Bad Juju, which hastens Super energy gains whenever an enemy is killed. For the Tricky achievement, players are required to land 100 tricks without flips and rolls while in Sparrow Racing League. Hit down on the D-pad during jumps, and make sure that a Sparrow is capable of tricks like Lysander's Cry or The Poison Apple.
