Tom Holland is the third actor to portray Peter Parker/Spider-Man as he debuts in the upcoming reboot "Spider-Man: Homecoming." When a new actor steps in the shoes of a character previously played by another, there's a lot of curiosity as to what the predecessor thinks of his successor. In the case of Holland, there were two Spideys before him: Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield.

A funny parody video created by YouTube creator Dr. Machakil has released a video of Garfield's reaction to the official "Spider-Man: Homecoming" trailer. Of course, the Spider-Man fan base would be incomplete without Maguire's version of the parody. Maguire's reaction video features footage from the 2011 movie "The Details" and 2014's "The Amazing Spider-Man 2," Cinema Blend reported. It also has some "Spider-Man 3" stuff mixed in. The latter part of the film is where both Spideys come together, with Maguire telling Garfield that losing that role to a new, younger actor isn't all too bad.

But how does Garfield truly feel about Holland's upcoming "Spider-Man: Homecoming?" "I watched [the trailer for 'Spider-Man: Homecoming'] and it's great! I think it looks great," Garfield told ET Online enthusiastically. "I'm really excited to see it, I can't wait." He added that he's a big fan of Holland and the character.

On the other hand, Maguire has not shared his thoughts on Holland's portrayal of Spider-Man in "Spider-Man: Homecoming."

Meanwhile, everyone else getting excited for Holland's take on the web-slinging superhero. In the official trailer, it appears that a couple of upgrades to Spider-Man's suit will be incorporated in "Homecoming."

Furthermore, the young British actor secretly enrolled in a high school in New York to truly get the experience of what it's like in an American high school, since he will portray Peter Park as a young high-schooler.

He revealed that he went there with a fake name and fake accent, and found that New York high schools are different than schools in London.

"Spider-Man: Homecoming" will also star Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark/Iron Man and Michael Keaton as Adrian Toomes/Vulture. The movie will be out in theaters on July 7, 2017.
