Most fans and avid gamers alike will be pleased to know that SIE Japan Studio has released some gameplay footage of their upcoming action-adventure video game, "Gravity Rush 2," for the PlayStation 4. As such, these same fans can get a glimpse of the online features being added to the game and much more. In addition, it was previously announced that an anime adaptation of the franchise will be released prior to the game being launched, according to sources.

It was previously reported that SIE Japan Studio featured their upcoming action-adventure video game "Gravity Rush 2" for the PlayStation 4 during a recent livestream, Siliconera learned.

As such, fans were able to look at some of the features that have been introduced to "Gravity Rush 2." The source went on to list and recap some of these aspects for those who missed the livestream.

It was stated therein that fans can activate the online events for "Gravity Rush 2" in the middle of a gameplay. Fans can affirm these online events and its location via the in-game map.

Another feature added to "Gravity Rush 2" is the Photo Review, which is a feature that would allow fans to look at the photos uploaded by other players. This feature of the game gies players an avenue where they can both upload their own photos and "like" other user's photos as well. By doing this, players will be able to earn some Dusty Tokens.

In other news, it was previously announced via the PlayStation Blog that an anime adaptation of the franchise will be released prior to the release date of "Gravity Rush 2." It was stated therein that the film will be called "Gravity Rush The Animation ~ Overture ~" and was intended to tie the original game to its sequel.

With the release date of "Gravity Rush 2" set in January 2017, fans can expect the anime adaptation of the game sometime before the sequel's debut.
