"One Punch Man" is a complex series according to ScreenRant. Thus, it is safe to assume that it takes a long time for the creator to finally confirm the release after all this time.

According to recent reports, "One Punch Man" Season 2 is rumored to have more than 12 episodes due to the fighting scenes.

One scene to expect would be the fierce battle between Saitama and Garou. The latter has been Saitama's strongest enemy and his incredible power allows him to survive from the one punch.

The next season sees Saitama's being challenged by Garou but a few speculations have hinted at Saitama's power loss after battling with Boros. If this rumor is to be true, then his condition might not be suitable to fight Garou. The fans will probably find out he will regain his ability in the second season.
