A lot of people go to college in order to fulfill their career goals and get their dream jobs. However, for some people, they must go to work right after high school.

That's no reason to not earn one's degree, though. Fortunately, there are companies who offer college tuition assistance as part of their employees' benefits.

U.S. News reported that, in a 2015 Educational Assistance Benefit survey by the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plan, 83 percent of companies offer some type of tuition reimbursement or educational assistance. The data was gathered from 338 responses from various organizations.

The companies cited employee retention, increasing employee satisfaction, loyalty and the ability to attract future talent as a few of the reasons why they provide these benefits. The publication shared seven companies that offer tuition help or reimbursement for employees.

1. Procter & Gamble

The company reimburses employees for a big percent of tuition and qualifying fees for their continuing education courses or programs. It has a lifetime cap of $40,000.

2. Fiat Chrysler Automobiles

The automaker helps employees with tuition and fees for job-related, degree-seeking courses. The benefit has a cap of $5,000 per year.

3. Boeing

Boeing has a Learning Together Program for its employees where the company pays employees' college tuition, books and fees for degree and professional certificate programs. Full and part-time employees become eligible for the program after a year at the company.

4. Anthem

The health insurance company offers a maximum of $5,000 in tax-free reimbursement per year. This is to help employees with the cost of tuition, fees and books at accredited institutions.

5. Disney

The company pays up to $700 per credit unit and pays the full purchase price of books. Disney also pays up to $100 per course for materials.

6. AT&T

Tuition aid is included in the company's life enrichment benefits. Full-time employees who have been with the communications company for a year are eligible.

7. JetBlue

The airline covers the cost of approved degrees and online courses. Together with company assistance, grants as well as scholarships, some employees end up only paying $3,500 for tuition.
