Electronic Arts has officially announced "Star Wars Battlefront: Ultimate Edition." They have also announced the Rogue One: X-Wing VR Mission for PlayStation VR.

After the Ultimate Edition was first revealed by an online store, EA has formally revealed the "Star Wars Battlefront: Ultimate Edition" for confirmation. According to the official website of Amazon, this edition has everything fans want for their battle fantasies with the iconic characters in it.

"Star Wars Battlefront: Ultimate Edition" will contain the base video game and the Season Pass. It will also contain the video game's four expansion packs, which are Outer Rim, Bespin, Death Star, and Rogue One: Scarif. With all of those contents and expansions combined, it will have over 30 maps, 14 heroes, and 14 game modes for players and fans to choose from.

"Star Wars Battlefront: Ultimate Edition" continued support

EA confirmed that with the release of "Star Wars Battlefront: Ultimate Edition," they will still continue to support the video game. According to the official website of the video game, they will release more in-game events and giveaways for players to receive and try out to make it more interesting. They will host free trial weekends, double score events, and many more just to get something going on in the game.

The game company revealed that they will be starting a 4X score event as a start for the reveal of the Ultimate Edition. They will also give free trials of Outer Rim, Bespin, and Death Star for all players to try out. Both of these events will start from Nov. 18 and will end on Nov. 20, and they ask for them to look out for the Live Events page to see what might be coming next in a few days.

"Star Wars Battlefront: Ultimate Edition" Rogue One: X-wing VR mission and Scarif

During the holidays, players can try out the Rogue One: X-wing VR Mission for the PlayStation VR and it will be free for those who own "Star Wars Battlefront." Scarif is the fourth expansion pack of the video game and it will contain characters, maps, and more related to the upcoming movie this December. The expansion will feature the tropical planet of Scarif, which was the setting for the upcoming movie.
