Samsung is expected to make the wrong things right with the upcoming Galaxy S8. After investigating the rumors and leaks, here's what we know so far.

Samsung Galaxy S8, S8 Edge rumor: huge RAM onboard and more power-efficient?

Samsung is reportedly working on a new RAM module with a whopping 8GB capacity. It is rumored that the RAM will be paired with a 10 nm chipset that powers the Galaxy S8 and S8 Edge.

A phone with such powerful modules will have a high capacity for memory and in fact the highest one in the world. According to reports, the internal storage could reach 500GB, a capacity that is also rumored to be featured in Microsoft Surface Phone.

Other report suggests that Samsung Galaxy S8 will have dual-lens camera because the current trend seems to head to such module as Apple and LG have also produced high-end flagships with dual-lens model, Korea Herald reported.

Samsung has been dealing with the literally major explosion in Galaxy Note 7. The recall causes public doubts, whether the next flagships could establish a trust from the consumers.

The rumored Galaxy S8 is expected to have an AMOLED curved display and 4K resolution. It is rumored to have some key features that Galaxy Note 7 sports. A Samsung supplier claimed that the upcoming Galaxy S8 will have layers of security including the iris scanner which has been introduced in Note 7 before, Forbes reported.

According to sources, Samsung never uses similar camera specs for its smartphones, hence, the Galaxy S8 and S8 Edge are likely to get few improvements on its components. It is said that Galaxy S8 is an important device for the South Korean company to solve the issues happened in Galaxy Note 7.
