"Assassin's Creed" video game has a signature element of evading enemies and it is called the "Leap of Faith". The same element can also be seen in the upcoming "Assassin's Creed" movie. Watch how the stuntman pulled off the suicidal jump without using CGI.

The 'Leap of Faith' is a signature element of the "Assassin's Creed" that fans would love to see in the movie. It involves jumping from hundreds of feet into a haystack or water to evade pursuing enemies. A video showing the making of the daring 125-foot jump by Michael Fassbender's stunt double, Damien Walters, was just launched, Cinema Blend reported.

Damien Walters did the historic jump without wires or cables.  He just jumped out into a safety mat 125 feet below. The video also showed that the stunt has never been done in the last 35 years.

Damien started with a 70-feet jump then tried it again at 90-feet. Finally, Damien Walters made the signature leap of faith at 125-feet perfectly.

The filmmakers of the video game movie wanted to recreate several key elements in the game to make the film a familiar view to those gamers who grew up with the franchise.  Also, they want to make the film using as little CGI as possible.

Additionally, the makers of the "Assassin's Creed" movie recreates replicas of the signature 'Hidden Blade'. Although they have their own production armorer (Tim Wildgoose) they would ask Ubisoft for the design guide of the hidden blades. Also, famous characters from the game would make cameo appearances. Alan Rikkin, CEO of Abstergo Industries is from the game and will be played by Jeremy Irons. Baptiste, from "Assassin's Creed: Liberation" would also make an appearance and will be played by Michael Williams, TSA News reported.

Furthermore, Wildgoose said that they can use real in-game weapons in the movie. There are also more in-game characters that are not revealed. Fans are left to speculate who will be there. Wildgoose only hinted that they are famous but not the main character. So, Ezio, Altair, and Desmond Miles will not make it.

The film will hit the big screens in December 21.
