Aaron Hotchner, portrayed by Thomas Gibson, will not appear for at least on two episodes of "Criminal Minds" new season because the actor was suspended after he kicked a writer-producer on the set of CBS. In a latest report, he will be going "MIA" starting in the third episode of the upcoming 12th season

The actor kicked Virgil Williams, co-executive producer, according to Deadline.

"There were creative differences on the set and a disagreement. I regret that it occurred," Gibson told the publication.

Gibson was immediately suspended from acting on the ABC Studios/CBS TV Studios-produced show. So he will not appear in episodes 3 and 4.

The actor has been reported have anger management issues. The publication learned that the former "Dharma and Greg" star pushed assistant director Ian Wool, and he had attended anger management classes.

Gibson is one of the original cast members of "Criminal Minds," and he portrayed the role of Special Agent Aaron Hotchner since the series' 2005 debut.

While Gibson has been headlined by some publications for alleged assault, his co-star Shemar Moore was reported became a victim of the swindle and he lost $60,000 after he befriended a fellow actor Keith Tisdell.

Tisdell invited Moore to work with his retail company, according to NY Daily News. Tisdell appeared in an early episode of the crime-drama series, while Moore played the role of FBI agent Derek Morgan for 11 seasons of "Criminal Minds." The two actors became friends quickly, and since 2013, they posted a lot of photos of them attending industry events, going on trips, and bike rides.

In January, Tisdell was arrested for stealing Moore's retail merchandise company Baby Girl LLC, according to authorities. Tisdell did not contest to felony grand theft in July.

"Criminal Minds" Season 12 will be aired on Sept. 28.
