Marvel was showing many sneak peaks and special trailers during the San Diego Comic-Con but since "Thor: Ragnarok" is still in its early filming stage, there is no footage from the Thunder God's upcoming movie.

Even though there are no footages from the upcoming "Thor: Ragnarok", there are still tons of concept arts given away and a mockumentary for the film. The director of "Thor: Ragnarok", Taika Waititi, revealed why Thor is not present during the Captain America: Civil War".

Waititi posted an image in Instagram hinting that the new "Thor: Ragnarok" movie will make its way online sooner.

The mockumentary was showing that Thor was trying to live a normal life, based on the footage descriptions of the movie being filmed. While the Iron Man and Captain
America are fighting and beating each other, Thor was dealing with a roommate situation. While trying to live a normal human life in Australia, Thor was investigating a purple villain sitting on a throne, Gamesradar reported.

While away, Thor is looking into the mastermind behind the collection of Infinity stones. So far, there are three things revealed about this evil persona. One, he is big and purple. Second, we know that he has a magic glove. Lastly, it was revealed that he is too lazy and does not like standing up. Connecting the dots, it seems like the big baddie is Thanos, THR reported.

The fans are quite tired of waiting for the final execution of Thanos' master plan in acquiring all the Infinity Stones.

"Thor: Ragnarok" is directed by Taika Waititi. Chris Hemsworth is still staring as Thor. Other cast includes Tom Hiddleston, Jaimie Alexander, Cate Blanchett, Karl Urban, Tessa Thompson, Jeff Goldblum, and Mark Ruffalo.

The film will be launched on 27 October 2017 in cinemas in United Kingdom. United States theatres will follow on 3 November 2017.
