Asus Zenfone 3 is slated to take the smartphone space by storm as the Taiwanese tech firm continues to adorn the next Asus flagship phone with an array of jaw-dropping features.

Looks like the looming Asus flagship phone has a lot in store for selfie addicts as reports suggest the device will pack an extremely fast laser-auto focus feature, which will set the focus in mere 0.03 seconds. But that's not all, the device will reportedly feature a slew of awe-inspiring camera specs including a 16-megapixel primary camera and an impressive 8-megapixel secondary camera so that those fond of taking selfies do not need to compromise on the picture quality.

Asus Zenfone 3 will feature the USB Type-C port, along with the fingerprint scanner situated at the back of the smartphone. The scanner will facilitate transactions via Android Pay, Google's digital wallet platform that tags along with Android M, Yibada reported.

In addition, Asus Zenfone 3 will feature a 5.5-inch Full-HD screen. Considering this is a mid-range smartphone, the screen size is quite impressive. Zenfone 3 will be powered by Snapdragon 625 processor coupled with 3 GB of RAM.

As far as the audio features are concerned, they are nothing short of excellent either. The upcoming Zenfone will reportedly boast a 5 magnet speaker and an NXP amp, TheBitBag reported.

The Zenfone 3 will pack a robust 3000mAh battery. In terms of connectivity, the device will include LTE connectivity, USB Type-C port, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The Taiwanese tech firm has adorned the Zenfone 3 with a stunning glass design that gives it a close resemblance to the Samsung Galaxy S7.

Asus Zenfone 3 will be available in four variants: Black, White, Blue and Gold. It will be geared with the Dual-SIM 4G support.

As far as the smartphone's availability is concerned, several tech publications have reported that Asus will unwrap the Zenfone 3 in August and it will be priced at $249.

However, Asus has not yet confirmed these rumors so its highly recommended to takes these speculations with a grain of salt until confirmed by the ace Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer.
