Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 features will power Blackberry "Hamburg". The handset that labels STH100-x model, code named "Hamburg", is leaked. It also lists the smartphone's hardware details including running on Android Marshmallow platform.

Android Marhsmallow features in Blackberry "Hamburg"

Blackberry "Hamburg" is said to have specs that hit middle range market. Aside from Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 features, the GFX Bench gives an insight of the other specs, including 5.2 inch screen display in full HD resolution. The display also indicates 'touch screen' with five finger gesture support.

The octa core processor will use Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chip. On the graphics, Adreno 405 is said to enhance the hardware. Blackberry "Hamburg" will have 10 GB storage capacity with the back camera powered by 12 MP shooter. Its front selfie camera will have 7 MP lens. The smartphone can also record video in Full HD resolution.

According to the Tech Buffalo, Blackberry "Hamburg" will likely to have a similar design to Blackberry "Z30". Given the specs, it could be true since Z30 has touch screen display without physical keyboard.

The Blackberries also made a rendered image which could be the Blackberry Hamburg design although it is not confirmed yet. The Android-powered Blackberry devices have been a viral topic lately and the device being spotted in GFX Bench seems to be a confirmation on the handset.

Blackberry "Hamburg" and "Rome"

So far, there is not much to learn on Blackberry Hamburg except that it will have Android Marshmallow as the OS. There is no confirmed price or release date announced. CEO John Chen revealed that Blackberry will launch two new devices powered by Android, which are scheduled at the end of year. No further details on both handsets. The rumors leaked describe the other smartphone as "Rome".
