There are many amazing talents in university baseballs and some of them are proven to be rising stars. Everyone should really keep an eye on for these prospects.

Derek Jenkins

Derek Jenkins from SHU Pirates is the senior outfielder everyone should keep an eye on. With 45 steals, Jenkins is a notable base-stealing player. The SHU Pirates official site recorded Jenkins statistic. In 2014, he was named All-BIG EAST First Team and in 2015, he made an appearance in 48 games- leading the Big East in 29^th position.

Jenkins is well-known for his speed. The coach and fans admit it as they get used to seeing the athlete steals. His ability, according to coach Mark Pappas, is something that the team can count on.

Corey Ray

According to premier baseball site, D1Baseball, Corey Ray has the most 'intriguing prospect performance'. He is rising up to be the top of college baseball players. He leads Louisville and earns 11 home runs. The Chicago Tribune reported his statistic ranks, for the June draft, he is ranked number 5 among the other prospects and among his team mates, he is the third as Baseball America rated. His weekend performance against Edwardsville had him in a tie for 8^th nationwide.

Marquise Gill

Despite the news about Eastern University Michigan being advised to drop out baseball, Marquise Gill is one of the college prospects in baseball. This season, he collected 30 steals. The redshirt junior ranks the 4^th in nation for that, according to EMU Eagles. Together with his team, Marquise should be able to break the record.

Cole Grubber

Omaha baseball owns Cole Grubber, who managed to break school record with his 73 steals in his career. This season, he has 32 steals. Grubber's amazing talent alongside Grant Suponchick Alex Schultz, and Clayton Taylor, are top four hitters in lineup.
