The Feb. 24 to March 3 run of "General Hospital" puts Sam (Kelly Monaco) struggling to save her unborn baby. Michael (Chad Duell) and Nelle (Chloe Lanier), meanwhile, are embarking on a romance.

Jason (Billy Miller) discovers that Liv (Tonja Walker) is alive in next week's "General Hospital," according to Celeb Dirty Laundry. He will show her picture to Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) who realizes that Liv was her Alcoholics Anonymous sponsor and that she was Sam's kidnapper. Jason and Alexis then set off on a mission to save Sam's life, fearing for the life of Sam's unborn child.

Liv's revenge plans will only unravel further. She enlists Rudge's (David Lee) help to kidnap Laura (Genie Francis) so the latter won't be able to vote at the hospital's board meeting. Laura's absence angers Tracy (Jane Elliot), while Liv approaches Julian (William deVry) to blackmail him into manipulating the hospital's sale into her favor. Julian has no choice because Liv vows to hurt his family if he doesn't agree with the plan.

Liv is also a threat to Anna's (Finola Hughes) life. "General Hospital" spoilers revealed Liv in Anna's room on the verge of killing her.

It looks like Alexis will discover the hidden truth behind Liv's vengeful actions. She has the key to the safe deposit box where Julian's letter can be found and she will seek Jordan's (Vinessa Antoine) help.

Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly's (Laura Wright) relationship will hit a snag. Carly is second-guessing their future together and spoilers suggest that she might break up with him next week, according to TV Source Magazine.

Nelle appears to be a problem in Sonny and Carly's romance, but she decides to put a stop to her revenge and confesses her secret to Michael. Nelle also deletes Sonny's cheating confession from her phone, but her problem doesn't stop there. The mail service is on the way to deliver the flash drive to Carly.

The latter will get the flash drive and discovers Sonny's betrayal. As expected, she is livid.

Friday's episode will also showcase Jason breaking a promise. Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) receives bad news but Franco (Roger Howarth) helps her get through it. In addition, Franco will likely lend his assistance in finding Sam and Alexis gets a new AA sponsor, Monica (Leslie Charleson).
