The 5-inch Gionee F106 runs Android Marshmallow OS. It's got an IPS HD display with 720 x 1280 pixel resolutions and 144×70.8×8.4 mm dimensions.

Gionee F106 gets 2,660 mAh battery. GizChina reported that the TENAA certification leak hints at a mid-range device. The device is powered by quad-core chipset and equipped with 2 GB of RAM and 64 GB of inbuilt memory. The camera packs 8MP rear shooter and 5 MP front-facing shooter.

It also comes with handful components such as MicroUSB port, Bluetooth, Proximity Sensor, WiFi and 4G LTE, TheMobileIndian reported. Gionee F106 will be available in two colors, gold and silver.

The Chinese smartphone maker previously launched Gionee P7, a premium device with mammoth battery, 7000 mAh and an incredibly expensive pricetag. Gionee F106, on the other hand, will aim at entry level segment at a much affordable cost.
