"The Vampire Diaries" Season 8 Episode 4 entitled "An Eternity of Misery" will take Damon (Ian Somerhalder) on a new mission. It would still center on the Mystic Falls’ characters’ struggles brought by Sybil.

Will Damon’s humanity come back?

On his latest mission, Damon will be tasked to go to Texas and find a mysterious artifact. There he will meet Peter Maxwell (guest star Joel Gretsch) in a sort of violent turn of events, iTech Post noted.

Damon is still under the grasp of Siren Sybil (Nathalie Kelley) who altered his memory of Elena Gilbert and Bonnie Bennett in the previous episode. Would he find his humanity back? Just watch out as for Damon, anything could happen.

Will Alaric and Stefan keep Sybil long enough?

Meanwhile, Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Alaric (Matthew Davis) had successfully locked up Sybil as they knocked her out during the Episode Three. The two will join forces to uncover the origins of the powers of Sybil and the mysterious force of the Sirens.

The question is, would they keep her tied up long enough considering that Sybil still controls Damon and Enzo?

Stefan and Caroline’s wedding plans and Tyler on verge of death?

Sybil has the obvious plan to take down not only the Salvatores but also the people around them. Caroline and Stephan’s wedding plans are of no exemption. Can we still hear the wedding bells?

Meanwhile, Fabnewz claimed that Tyler Lockwood (Michael Trevino) might die after being attacked by Damon on the last episode. But who knows, he might survive in the end.
