Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is the most awaited 2-in-1 PC tablet that is set to be released in October 2017 according to rumors. This monster hybrid device is shaping to attack the weak Apple MacBook Pro 2016. Will Apple raise the white flag in this head-to-head battle?

Microsoft Surface Pro 5 Features & Specs

Surface Pro devices of Microsoft are considered among the top-tiers 2-in-1 PC tablet in the market today due to the devices' impeccable features and specs. For this reason, the windows-maker company will not relent in giving the netizens more of the Surface Pro, as Microsoft is preparing for the upcoming launching of Surface Pro 5.

Some of the rumored internal specs of Surface Pro 5 include an Intel Kaby Lake chipsets for the processor and Windows Redstone OS, the newest operating system to be released in 2017 alongside the Surface Book 2. According to PC Advisor, Surface Pro 5 is also said to support the magnetic Surface Pen that automatically recharges when attached to the tablet; there is no information if the PC-tablet will support the Surface Dial.

There is no information that leads to the final price of Surface Pro 5 however, according to speculations, is likely to be at par with the entry-level Surface Pro 4 price tag in the amount of $899, $999 for mid-range model and $1,599 high-end one. According to CNET, there is a strong prediction that Microsoft will launch the Surface Pro 5 in the spring of 2017 together with the most-talked about Surface Book2.

For some, the newly launched entry-level MacBook Pro 2016 is a lame and lack of innovation most especially when the users were introduced to a laptop that uses a three-year old chipset platform. For this reason, Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is believed to surpass the performance of Apple's portable machine when it comes to new technology, experience and performance.
