‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Season 13 Episode 7 Spoilers: Shake Up on Grey’s Memorial Jeopardizes Every Single Doctor’s Career [VIDEO]

By

Next Thursday, on Grey's Anatomy Season 13 episode 7, Alex (Justin Chambers) breaks the news that the residency program will be overhauled. That means some of the doctors will stay, while the others will either get fired or relocated. It's a shakeup that none of the residents were aware of, or given a heads up.

As the directory of the residency program, according to CarterMatt, Dr. Webber (Jeremy Pickens Jr.) is confused. A new consultant apparently proposed the overhaul, giving little time for the doctors to adjust. "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 episode 7 will feature how the doctors will question their abilities to save the program, or even to contain the roster in the hospital.

Adding more problem is the return of Catherine (Debbie Allen) pressuring Dr. Bailey (Chandra Wilson) to do something about Alex's case. And if she can't she will do something about it; something that none of the doctors at Grey's would welcome either.

Grey's Anatomy Season 13 episode 7 will also bring new height of challenges to the higher management in Grey's Memorial. Not only are the best doctors in threat of being pulled out, but the hospital's carefully formed team of doctors will be instantly destroyed just because of the new plans of residency overhaul.

Meanwhile, a recap on "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 episode 6 featured on the Arespromo channel revealed how Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) opens up to Alex of her previous pregnancy. With her secret revealed, she now contemplates on how to tell her husband Owen (Kevin McKidd) about the baby she once had. After all, it hasn't been great for the couple, ever since she picked the negative side of their conversation about having a baby.

"Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 episode 7 airs every Thursday at 8p.m on the ABC channel. For more news and update on the series, you can also read them here on the University Herald.
