Latest ‘Power Rangers’ Video Game For PlayStation 4, Xbox One, And PC Revealed, Despite No Official Announcement Yet [VIDEO]

By

The latest "Power Rangers" game for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC was made known to the public, in spite of the fact that there's no official announcement from its publisher. The game is a four-player side-scrolling action game developed by Bamtang, due in January 2017.

Bandai Namco, a video game publisher, is showing off the game, dubbed as "Power Rangers: Mega Battle," at its Comic-Con booth in New York. The Power Ranger Twitter account shows that Mega Battle is a co-op brawler of sorts where a person play as a Power Ranger, according to Game Spot.

If "Power Rangers: Mega Battle" does fire up in January 2017, that would be a few months before the new Power Rangers movie will hit theaters in March 2017. The motion picture is directed by South African film director, Dean Israelite. Israelite took the director's chair for the 2015 American science fiction thriller film, "Project Almanac."

But, the latest "Power Rangers" game is not a total surprise, as the Pan European Game Information Board revealed the game earlier this year, based on the report of Gematsu.

In the other post of Gematsu, it cited that Saban's "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Mega Battle" puts up a creative and a present day re-imaging of the classic multiplayer hand-to-hand combat genre. Players can level up their rangers, collaborate with friends, summon the Megazord, and fight their way via levels stylized after classic the Power Rangers episodes.

The "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Mega Battle" also features Classic Power Ranger DNA Intact, Intuitive and Deep Battle System, as well as Leveling and Customization.

In addition, the "Power Ranger" video game also has a wake-up call for its gamers, there are unlockable characters which include Tommy Oliver will portray both Green and White Ranger, and the human characters Aisha, Rocky, Kat and Adam, WWG reported.
