Looks like a lot of "Pokemon Go" players are having a hard time catching the most popular species of Pokemon, Pikachu in the game. Here are three ways to catch Pikachu without breaking a sweat.

Using Incense in a new area: Use Incense in a region where there are no PokeStops, Gyms or spotted Pokemon nearby. If this is done correctly and you walk around, there are chances you'd bump into Pikachu in one way or another. This is because the system will spawn a random Pokemon rather than the usual Pokemon that are on your screen. Although this could take quite a long time, this strategy works for every Pokemon.

Pick Pikachu as your starter Pokemon in the game: Capturing Pikachu can be quite easy; provided you choose it as your starter Pokemon. Once the game starts, all players are prompted to choose their starter Pokemon. That being said, getting Pikachu as your starter Pokemon is not an easy task. During the first few offers - ideally five to six - Pikachu is not likely to make an appearance as one of the options. Usually, Pikachu appears on the sixth offer, GameNGuide reported.

Basically, "Pokemon Go" players will have to continue ignoring the offers until Pikachu shows up as one of the starter Pokemon options.

Hatch Pikachu from an Egg: In case, the first trick does not help you catch Pikachu, there is another way to capture the popular creature with ease. Not everyone is thrilled by the idea of walking a several miles to catch their Pokemon, they can acquire a few by hatching eggs, Otakukart reported.

Hatch a 2km Egg and look for a Pikachu. This strategy is most highly recommended due to the huge amount of Pikachu Candy you acquire to power up Pikachu besides, you'll also get it at a decent CP level.
