Lenovo Vibe K5 Note review: design

The 5.5 inch phone sports Full HD screen display and 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It's got better screen brightness and sharpness compared to the previous series. However, compared to the Redmi Note 3, Xiaomi's flagship is still the winner. Lenovo's flagship does look fine with its full-metal body.

Lenovo Vibe K5 Note review: hardware and software

Under the hood, the Chinese smartphone is powered by 1.8 GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P10. Nothing hype about the middle class processor especially when you compare it to the Snapdragon 650 inside Redmi Note 3, University Herald revealed.

The processor is paired with two, options of RAM 3GB or 4GB. The internal storage boasts 32 GB space (expandable up to 128 GB using MicroSD). One thing to note, the smartphone is a hybrid model. Supporting dual SIM cards, K5 Note runs Android Marshmallow with Lenovo Pure UI. It also supports 4G LTE. The phone is a great buy with its VR compatibility as it supports ANT VR headset.

Other components include fingerprint sensors, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS. K5 Note is equipped with non removanble 3,500 mAh battery cell. Available in three colors: gold, gray and silver.
