After Future Trunks reveals his intention to surpass both Vegeta and Son Goku, "Dragon Ball Super" episode will begin with the Omni-King making an appearance. However, its still unclear what the ultimate god wants with Goku?

In a bid to defeat Black Goku, Trunks began training with Vegeta in the previous episode of "Dragon Ball Super." Apparently, Vegeta wants Future Trunks to go Super Saiyan 3. Noticing Trunks' hesitation, Vegeta tells him that he, along with Son Goku, can defeat Black Goku. However, he needs to train more as he is still a Saiyan.

The episode finally concludes that though Black Goku and Zamasu boast the same ki, Zamasu's ki is not evil, contrary to Black Goku. This implies that the two are not connected as Black Goku knows Son Goku, however Zamasu, on the other hand, does not know Goku, Parent Herald reported.

Towards the end of "Dragon Ball Super" episode 54 as Whis is preparing dinner on Beerus' planet, the Omni-King called and expressed his wish to meet Goku personally.

In a recently released trailer for "Dragon Ball Super" episode 54, Goku is stunned to learn that the ultimate god wants to meet him.

Goku speculates whether he wants to talk about the next inter-universe tournament or about defeating Black Goku. Whis and Beerus are also shocked by this unexpected call to meet Goku as could be seen in the latest trailer for "Dragon Ball Super" episode 55.

It will be quite interesting to watch "Dragon Ball Super" episode 55 as there are no hints regarding where the Omni-King fits on the plot of "DBS." It remains to be seen if he just wants to help them defeat Black Goku or would be turn out to be another villain or ally on the docket.

The episode 56 of "Dragon Ball Super" is titled "The Rematch of Goku vs Black! Super Saiyan Rose appears!!"

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 56 will air on Sunday, August 21.

The title of episode 57 is "Goku, Super Saiyan Blue." This episode is expected to air on Sunday, August 28.

Although the titles are quite vague, the storyline could center on them. For now, it looks like avid "DBS" fans will need to wait with bated breath until the original titles for "Dragon Ball Super" episodes are announced, Yibada reported.
