The rumored Nexus Phone 2016 is HTC-built might be true as a list of powerful specs are leaked on the internet. The HTC Sailfish will be powered by Quad Core 2.0 GHz processor and spacious RAM of 4 GB. The Nexus Phone 2016 will have 5 inch display and 440 ppi.

The smartphone's battery cell offers 2770 mAh capacity and internal storage of 32 GB albeit uncertain if HTC Sailfish will have any other storage version available. Nexus Phone 2016 HTC Sailfish vs Nexus 5X specs

Nexus 5X was released in 2015 with slightly bigger screen display of 5.2 inch. If the rumor mill on Nexus Phone 2016 HTC specs are true, it would have a lower camera quality since Nexus 5X has 12.3 MP lens on its rear camera. Nexus Phone 2016 camera will have a minor upgrade for its selfie-camera from 5 MP to 8 MP.

HTC Sailfish will have a slight battery boost because Nexus 5X is only enhanced with 2700 mAh non removable battery, GSM Arena reported.

The next Nexus Phone will also have twice bigger RAM. It is expected that HTC Sailfish will have a memory card slot to expand its storage since Nexus 5X does not give users a chance to do so.

The masterpiece is set to be released this year after Nexus 5X has been sold much cheaper than its launch price. This could hint on a new Nexus smartphone line coming to store possibly sometime in October.
