Konami will be introducing three classic characters to "Super Bomberman R" for Nintendo Switch. These characters are Pyramid Heat from the "Silent Hill" game series, Simon Belmont from the "Castlevania" series, and "Gradius" series' Vic Viper. This will be part of the free update that the game company will be implementing soon, Polygon reported.

Konami Implements Version 1.3 Update For "Super Bomberman R"

Aside from the news of the three new characters from several Konami game series, the game company also implemented update 1.3 for "Super Bomberman R." The new update added new features, made some improvements and more fixes, according to its official website.

The update introduced four new VS stages to the shop, which are the White Cross, Lagoon, Max Speed, and the Power Zone stages. Two new series of accessories have also been added to it, which are the Crowns and the Bombs.

The update that Konami implemented improved the frame rate of the entire game, which will be a big advantage for the competitive players. They also made some slight adjustments and they improved the controls for easier character movement.

For players who had problems with Online Battles, they will not have to worry anymore because there will be less lags with this new update that Konami implemented. They can set the settings if they want to find opponents with good connection manually, Gamespot reported.

In Story Mode, changes have been made as well with the latest update to "Super Bomberman R." the L/R can now change the inclination of the map in the Story Mode. The strength of the Five Dastardly Bombers has been adjusted as well to make it easier for all players. There is also an option in Story Mode where if they continue a certain number of times, they will be able to continue without paying any more gems.
