College life is pretty challenging as students balance school, part-time jobs, and other activities. For some who have trouble juggling everything, the challenge becomes much more manageable with these helpful iOS tracks.
myHomework Student Planner
The app has a simple UI but packed with customization options. The app helps students by organizing all their homework in one place as well as the deadline of each homework. Each homework is categorized and it can be filtered by type, class, and priority.
Aside from serving as a homework reminder, this iOS app can also be set to remind students for schedules and activities that occur every other day. The app works on syncs with other Apple devices.
My Study Life
My Study Life is a feature-rich app but with a simple and easy-to-navigate design. One of the most notable features of the app is the next-day reminder of all the schedules, activities, and deadlines of the student which prepares them mentally for the next day. It also alerts students when they have conflicting schedules or activities allowing them to make adjustments to their day.
OmniFocus is not really an educational app but is still a great tool in helping students manage their time. Students can enter any deadlines they have on any activity and the app will send reminders to help students finish the task in time. The best feature of the app is that students can assign a location to any activity helping them remember where the next meeting is to be held and what time it's supposed to be due.
Fantastical is another helpful iOS is a calendar app which allows students to input their schedules, meetings, and deadlines. It works on both iOS and macOS and syncs with the Apple Watch and other iOS devices.
Class Timetable helps students keeps track of their classes and assignments. One screen allows students all the classes they have to attend to during the day while in another screen, they can view if they have any homework due for the day. The app assigns a color for each subject or task making it easier for students to identify which deadline goes with what class.
Todoist is like a digital to-do list where students can input all their to-do tasks for the day and tick them one by one as they finish each task. But that's not the only thing the app can do, it also helps students keep track of all their projects and help them prioritize the most important ones.
