Just recently Apple has released its iOS update version 10.2.1 but it appears that instead of fixing essential security problems it has splintered to cause other new problems for iPhone, iPad, and iPod. Its iOS 10.3 beta update for developers however is seen to solve problems like this the conventional way as it will bridge the gap between developers and users through dialogues.

It's the first time that Apple will finally allow its developers to respond to reviews, queries and feedbacks from customers via App Store and Mac App Store, Digital Trends reported. Developer documentation for the iOS 10.3 beta records that app makers will have the ability to respond to publicly posted reviews-and also ask for reviews in different ways.

As for now Apple has not disclosed yet the official release date for iOS 10.3 to customers. This exchange of thoughts and feedbacks from developers and customers is seen to fix more problems, which in turn could help create a perfect update that fits customers' need.

Reports added that customer engagement is a welcome change for iOS developers as they will finally address negative reviews that might prop up from customers. It will also promote and help with transparency issues. The upcoming iOS 10.3 update is seen to carry impressive features like the most anticipated Theater mode.

Customers are a little bit dismayed to find out that for this beta update it seems like the feature is not present. They can expect nevertheless an Apple ID Profile, where users could access their iCloud, iTunes, App Store and Family Sharing information in one place, CNet reported.

Sources also added there will also be an iCloud storage breakdown. This gives the owner a device and program-specific breakdown detailing how many gigs of storage are being used.

Another feature is the weather in maps, as a user it will now have a glimpse of the weather update wherever one goes. The last feature is Find my Airpods options, where one is given the know-how where the AirPods' last known location when they were paired with the user's phone.

Sources added that it may take months yet for iOS 10.3 to reach customers, as it is still on beta stage as of press time.
