When "Suits" returns to USA Network three weeks from now, viewers will see huge changes in the lives of Harvey (Gabriel Macht), Louis (Rick Hoffman), Mike (Patrick J. Adams), Donna (Sarah Rafferty) and Rachel (Meghan Markle). Jessica's (Gina Torres) departure in the first half of Season 6 does have serious repercussions to the dynamic of Pearson Specter Litt, just as Mike's short stint in prison reaches its end.

"Suits" creator Aaron Korsh described the second half of Season 6 as the time of "dealing with loss, and [loss] giving opportunity for growth and change," Yahoo! reported. Mike will contemplate his next career move and it's not just him swamped with this dilemma. His fiancée, Rachel, will consider a job offer from her father, Robert Zane (Wendell Pierce).

Robert believes that Rachel's best chance of getting into the bar is by ridding herself of the law firm's and its tarnished reputation. With her "strongest mentor" gone, Rachel will ponder heavily on her father's offer, TVLine reported.

Mike will deal with "the loss of his identity" now that he's a free man. Harvey wants his protégé back beside him at Specter Litt and offers him a job as a consultant in the midseason finale of "Suits" Season 6.

It's up to Mike whether he'd accept this job offer or not. Regardless, his list of potential employers is almost non-existent now and that's not surprising. No one would be quick to hire a person with felony under his belt.

As for the legal drama's romantic side, the remaining six episodes of "Suits" Season 6 will showcase Louis and his fiancée, Tara (Carly Pope), wondering if their engagement came too fast. Korsh revealed that Louis will "shoot himself in the foot," and fans will think about whether or not the couple would survive the challenges heading their way, TVLine reported.

With Jessica gone, Harvey will have "more opportunity for growth, and Donna is going to be there for him again." Korsh teased that Donna will have a "fun" arc but with "some real serious underpinnings for her whole sense of self" in it. In this storyline, the executive assistant will think about "what she wants out of life, both professionally and personally."

There are expectations that Harvey and Donna will finally embark on a romantic relationship together in the second half of "Suits" Season 6. In the midseason finale, the duo held hands as Donna comforted Harvey after Jessica's departure.

Are you onboard a Darvey romance? Do you think Mike and Rachel will accept their new job offers? Share your thoughts below! "Suits" returns on Wednesday, Jan. 25.
